What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. Credit terms available for established customers.

How long is production time?

Standard products: 15-20 days. Custom designs: 20-30 days depending on complexity. Rush orders available for an additional fee.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample cost is refundable upon bulk order. Contact us for details.
